Volleyball Recap: Caruthers Takes a Loss

Caruthers was the 3-1 winner over Golden West when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Blue Raiders fell just short of the Trailblazers by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Caruthers' loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Golden West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Caruthers will venture away from home to challenge Edison at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Golden West, they will challenge Sanger West at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
