Volleyball Recap: Redlands Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win + How To Watch

Redlands came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Citrus Valley Blackhawks as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Terriers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-6, 25-19.

Redlands got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Saylor Snodgrass out in front who had four digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Snodgrass a new career-high. Josi DeMello also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Redlands was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive matchups.

Despite the loss, Citrus Valley still got an impressive performance from Sophia Swogger, who had 18 digs and two assists. Swogger has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 24 times she's played.

Redlands' record now sits at 17-4. As for Citrus Valley, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-14.

Redlands didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Cajon on the 25th. As for Citrus Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Beaumont on the 25th.
