Grant Lawless Goes Supernova in East Lincoln Win

Starting off the list is East Lincoln's Grant Lawless, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Lawless threw for 226 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.

If history really does repeat itself, Lawless might just drop another big game when he faces off against North Iredell on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Lawless saw the Raiders), he threw for 179 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 32 yards and a touchdown.

Landen Agee was instrumental in extending North Lincoln's winning streak to three on Friday. North Lincoln's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1. They and West Iredell are set to duel on Friday.

Jaheem Jenkins was instrumental in extending Hickory's winning streak to 24 on Friday. Jenkins was dynamite, rushing for 95 yards and two touchdowns. Jenkins is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.
