Volleyball Recap: Five Straight Road Victories for Dimond + How To Watch

After losing to Service the last time they met, Dimond decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lynx put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The Lynx not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 19th (when they won 3-0).

Dimond never let Service on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.

Nia Cook paced Dimond's offense, picking up 14 kills. Cook got some help from Puao Asailevai and her 19 assists. Asailevai was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Dimond's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-8-1. As for Service, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-8-3.
