Basketball Recap: Herreid/Selby Falls Short of Highmore/Harrold in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Herreid/Selby can now relate to. They took a 47-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Highmore/Harrold Pirates on Thursday. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Herreid/Selby dropped their record down to 13-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Highmore/Harrold, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Herreid/Selby nor Highmore/Harrold have any future games scheduled.
