After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northwestern, Troy Christian was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Northridge Polar Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Polar Bears: they've now won nine in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Troy Christian was: they took every set by at least 18 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-5, 25-7.

Madelyn Fourman paced Troy Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Fourman got some help from Taylor Bechtol and her 18 assists. Fourman also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Olivia Simmons, racking up nine apiece.

Troy Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Northridge, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Troy Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Lehman Catholic on the 10th. Northridge has also already played their next contest (against Milton-Union), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
