Conifer won the last time they faced Evergreen and things went their way on Thursday too. The Lobos walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lobos.

Conifer had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-10, 25-20, 25-14.

Sage Bishop paced Conifer's offense, picking up 23 kills. Bishop got some help from Hayden Buscher and her 35 assists. Finally, Maya Meyers kept Conifer's defense grounded, leading the team with five blocks.

Conifer's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Evergreen, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Conifer does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evergreen, they will take on Holy Family at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
