Basketball Recap: Wednesday's Victory Is Roosevelt's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Roosevelt won the last time they faced Washington and things went their way on Wednesday too. Roosevelt came out on top against the Washington Trojans by a score of 60-49. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Roosevelt.

Roosevelt has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Roosevelt will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Brandeis at 4:30 p.m. on January 30th. Washington also won't see the court for a while: their next contest is against Randolph Campus at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th.
