Volleyball Recap: Moon Valley's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greenway, Moon Valley was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Cesar Chavez Champions 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for the Rockets as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Moon Valley picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-14. As for Cesar Chavez, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moon Valley will challenge Goldwater at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Rockets surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cesar Chavez, they will take on Browne at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
