Basketball Recap: Walters Takes a Loss

After flying high against Velma-Alma last Monday, Walters came back down to earth. The Walters Blue Devils were just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 51-50 to the Hobart Bearcats. The Blue Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bearcats earlier this season, when they won 40-21.

Walters' defeat dropped their record down to 20-4. As for Hobart, they pushed their record up to 16-9 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Walters nor Hobart have any future games scheduled.
