Football Recap: Mona Shores Skates Past Hamady with Ease

Mona Shores never let their opponents score on Friday. They breezed past the Hamady Hawks to the tune of 64-0. Given the Sailors' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Hawks are ranked 220th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mona Shores now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Hamady, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Mona Shores and Hamady will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Sailors are set to take on their familiar foe Reeths-Puffer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hamady will face off against rival Flint Southwestern Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
