Basketball Recap: Hanover Park Falls Short of Rutherford in the Playoffs

Hanover Park and Rutherford squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Hanover Park had to settle for second. They took a 60-46 bruising from the Rutherford Bulldogs. The Hornets just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Hanover Park's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Rutherford, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 21-3.

Hanover Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rutherford, they will challenge Newark Collegiate Academy on Monday.
