Edgewood won the last time they faced Conneaut and things went their way on Monday too. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Spartans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Edgewood was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-11, 25-18.

Faith Vencill paced Edgewood's offense, picking up 12 kills. Vencill got some help from Summer Matthews and her 21 assists. Vencill also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Reagan Bibler, each putting up four.

Edgewood's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Conneaut, their loss was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-17.

Edgewood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Geneva on the 30th. As for Conneaut, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Jefferson Area on the 30th.
