Soccer Recap: St. Anne-Pacelli Falls Short Against Ranked Pinecrest Academy

St. Anne-Pacelli faced Pinecrest Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Vikings fell just short of the Paladins by a score of 3-2. St. Anne-Pacelli were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Pinecrest Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

St. Anne-Pacelli's loss dropped their record down to 10-1-1. As for Pinecrest Academy, the win keeps they at an undefeated 14-0.

St. Anne-Pacelli wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against Westfield School on the 10th. As for Pinecrest Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 win against St. John Bosco Academy on the 9th.
