Englewood came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Littleton Lions. Englewood haven't had much luck with Littleton recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Englewood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Littleton, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-8.

Englewood didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Arvada on the 6th. As for Littleton, they will challenge Golden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
