West Davidson put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Lexington Yellowjackets with a sharp 7-1 victory. Ava Jackson was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

West Davidson pushed their record up to 16-0 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 67 goals over those ten matchups. As for Lexington, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-7-2.

Looking ahead, West Davidson will challenge South Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lexington, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Salisbury at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th.
