Basketball Recap: Kiel Falls Short of Little Chute in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Kiel can now relate to. They lost 54-31 to the Little Chute Mustangs on Saturday. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Kiel has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-7 record this season. The win (which was Little Chute's third in a row) raised their record to 19-6.

Kiel does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Little Chute, they will square off against Xavier on Thursday. Xavier knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 matches -- so hopefully Little Chute likes a good challenge.
