Recap: Elberta Warriors vs. Northview Chiefs

The Elberta Warriors had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 46-34 victory over Northview on Thursday. For Elberta, this counts as revenge for the 47-46 defeat Northview walked away with the last time they faced one another last Friday.

Northview's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Luke Diamond, who scored 12 points. The game was Diamond's fifth in a row with at least ten points. JIKEIR HUDSON was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

Elberta's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9. As for Northview, their loss was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-5.

Elberta won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Orange Beach at 6:30 p.m. on December 15th. Northview will be home for the holidays to greet L.E.A.D. Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully L.E.A.D. Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Saturday.
