Soccer Recap: St. Stephens vs. North Iredell
St. Stephens was the 2-1 winner over North Iredell when they last played one another back in October of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Stephens Indians lost 5-0 to the North Iredell Raiders on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Indians can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 252nd, while the Raiders are ranked 108th).

St. Stephens will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Hickory at 6:00 p.m. Hickory will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something St. Stephens surely won't give up without a fight. As for North Iredell, they and North Lincoln are set to duel on Wednesday. North Iredell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season.
