Nettleton came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.5 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 21-14 win over the Harding Academy Wildcats. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but the Raiders were the (much) better team in the second half.

Nettleton's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Harding Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Nettleton is set to face off against their familiar foe Valley View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Harding Academy will challenge rival Wynne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
