Basketball Recap: Oswego Takes a Loss

Oswego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 64-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainfield South Cougars. The Panthers were probably out for revenge after losing 68-41 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Plainfield South, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.

Oswego and Naperville North will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Plainfield South, they will challenge Minooka at 6:30 p.m. on January 24th.
