Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Kennedy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Vaughn White Tigers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Kennedy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 29-27, 25-21, 25-17.

Kennedy now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Vaughn, they moved to 4-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Kennedy has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Panorama on the 17th. As for Vaughn, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against East Valley on the 17th.
