Tintic had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They strolled past the Wendover Wildcats with points to spare, taking the game 71-56. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 65-61 win last Saturday.

Tintic's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hagen Barton, who went 6-for-7 from beyond the arc to rack up 24 points. Thanks to that strong game, Barton now owns an excellent 43.1% three-point shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Stockton Hansen, who went 8-for-12 en route to 18 points.

Tintic's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Wendover, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season.

Looking ahead, Tintic and Tabiona will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. One thing working in Tintic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five contests. Wendover does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
