Isaac Benevides Game Report: vs Kingman Academy

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Isaac Benevides: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made three total tackles (2.0 for loss), helping propel St. John Paul II Catholic past Kingman Academy by a score of 22-16. We hope Benevides' good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Benevides and St. John Paul II Catholic will head out on the road to take on Bourgade Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions haven't beaten the Golden Eagles recently, having gone 0-3 since October of 2020.
