Circleville is 6-1 against Westfall since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Tigers will challenge the Mustangs at 5:15 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

It was a proper cat-fight when Circleville duked it out with New Lexington on Monday. The Tigers came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 7-3.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Westfall, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They had just enough and edged out Adena 5-3. The win continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

Caleb Lowe was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Lowe wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Collins, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Circleville's record now sits at 10-14. As for Westfall, their record is now 10-8.

Circleville got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 against Westfall by a conclusive 7-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
