Peak to Peak is 7-2 against Stargate School since December of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Peak to Peak Pumas are taking a road trip to challenge the Stargate School Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Peak to Peak will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.
Last Friday, Peak to Peak earned a 58-49 victory over Green Mountain. Given the Pumas' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while the Rams are ranked 133rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

It was another big night for Elijah Eschmeyer, who went 6 of 10 from beyond the arc en route to 23 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Tysen Burton, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 boards.
Peak to Peak was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Green Mountain only racked up eight assists.
Meanwhile, Stargate School posted their closest win since February 3, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged Liberty Common out 62-59.
Peak to Peak better focus on containing Aldo Enriquez and Hunter Roark as the pair were huge in Stargate School's win. Enriquez went 7 of 12 from beyond the arc on his way to 25 points, while Roark almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine assists. The game was Roark's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Camden Cottrell, who posted six points and six rebounds.
Stargate School is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.4 points per game. As for Peak to Peak, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-0.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Peak to Peak has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 30 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Stargate School struggles in that department as they've been averaging 37.8 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Peak to Peak beat Stargate School 68-60 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Will Peak to Peak repeat their success, or does Stargate School have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
