Soccer Game Recap: Century vs. Preston + How To Watch

Century hadn't done well against Preston recently (they were 0-7-2 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Diamondbacks never let the Indians get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Kendyl Carey had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Century.

Century's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2-2 and their overall record up to 5-8-2. As for Preston, they dropped their record down to 2-9-6 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Century didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-2 defeat against Pocatello on the 9th. Hopefully Preston paid attention to the Diamondbacks' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Diamondbacks at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
