Volleyball Recap: LaCrosse Leopards vs. Skyline Thunderbirds
LaCrosse was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Skyline Thunderbirds. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Leopards of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2019.
The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15.
LaCrosse's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Skyline, their victory was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-3.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Ness City the next time they take the court. Skyline will head out to face Ness City at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, while LaCrosse will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
