Greater Lowell Tech waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Innovation Academy Red Tailed Hawk. That's more bragging rights for the Gryphons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was George Robles, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces he has posted over his last three games.

Robles wasn't the only good server: Greater Lowell Tech was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 20 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Greater Lowell Tech's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-3. As for Innovation Academy, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 9-11 record.
