Soccer Game Preview: Fayetteville vs. Rogers

The Fayetteville Bulldogs will face off against the Rogers Mountaineers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Fayetteville will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line.

Fayetteville's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Rogers Heritage by a score of 2-0. The Bulldogs' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four contests.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rogers, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They won by a goal and slipped past Springdale 1-0. The win continues a trend for the Mountaineers in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won six in a row.

Rogers' victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three matches. As for Fayetteville, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
