Volleyball Recap: Davie County Triumphs + How To Watch

Davie County won the last time they faced Lake Norman and things went their way on Tuesday too. The War Eagles came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the War Eagles.

Davie County's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Lake Norman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

Davie County and Lake Norman could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings. The War Eagles will square off against North Iredell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (109 vs. 25). Meanwhile, Lake Norman (ranked 219th) will meet Pine Lake Prep (ranked ninth) at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
