Soccer Recap: Morrilton Comes Up Short

Morrilton lost against Dardanelle back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Devil Dogs lost 7-0 to the Sand Lizards. Morrilton's loss continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Morrilton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Dardanelle, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Morrilton will challenge rival Huntsville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dardanelle is set to square off against their familiar foe Prairie Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
