Volleyball Recap: High School of the Future Comes Up Short

High School of the Future was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Maritime Academy Charter Seadogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Firebirds of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

High School of the Future's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Maritime Academy Charter, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. High School of the Future will challenge rival MAST Charter II at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Maritime Academy Charter is set to take on their familiar foe Parkway West at 3:00 p.m. on October 9.
