Liberty won the last time they faced Frisco and things went their way on Friday too. The Liberty Redhawks snuck past the Frisco Raccoons with a 54-48 win. Given the Redhawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Raccoons are ranked 665th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Liberty is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. As for Frisco, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 15 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-23 record this season.

Looking ahead, Liberty will take on Lebanon Trail at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
