See Lilliana Poisso put most boys to shame with her lifting ability.

Lilliana Poisso of Alexandria (La.) is the strongest girl in high school sports.

The senior set a national record Tuesday by squatting 639 pounds at the USA Powerlifting High School Nationals in Pennsylvania.

Poisso spearheaded the Lady Trojans to a national title with her massive lift. She also executed a 286-pound bench press and 452-pound dead lift.

Do you even lift, bro?

The insane squat is an unofficial world record — she has an opportunity to make it official later this year at an international meet.
