Baseball Recap: Whitney Comes Up Short

Whitney fell victim to Glenn and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 10-0. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 9-4.

Whitney's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Glenn, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-9.

Whitney wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 15-3 loss against Artesia on the 1st. As for Glenn, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Oxford Academy on the 1st.
