Football Game Recap: Harrison County vs. Montgomery County

Harrison County was out to avenge their 14-36 loss to Montgomery County from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Harrison County lost to Montgomery County by a decisive 14-34 margin. Harrison County were down by 6-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Harrison County's defeat came about despite a quality game from sophomore Devin Lewis, who rushed for 118 yards and 1 touchdown. The game brought Montgomery County to 2-1 and dropped Harrison County to a mirror-image 1-2.

Harrison County will look to defend their home turf next week against Paris at 7:30 PM. As for Montgomery County, they will face off against George Rogers Clark. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.
