Waverly Central never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the McKenzie Rebels. That 12 run margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

The win made it two in a row for Waverly Central and bumps their season record up to 11-9. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for McKenzie, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Waverly Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for McKenzie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Milan at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has only allowed 2.3 runs per game this season, so the Rebels' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
