Football Recap: Milken Comes Up Short

Milken fell victim to Lancaster Baptist and their airtight defense on Thursday. They were beaten by the Eagles 37-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Milken's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lancaster Baptist, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Milken and Lancaster Baptist will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Wildcats see the field they'll take on Santa Clarita Christian at 6:00 p.m. on October 23. As for Lancaster Baptist, their break will end when they face Lone Pine at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
