17 must be Honeoye's lucky number: they beat Bradford Central with that score not once but twice on Thursday. The Bulldogs beat the Braves by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 17-4. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, Harley Allendale Columbia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Naples, falling 19-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolves have suffered against the Big Green Machines since June 4, 2021.

Harley Allendale Columbia saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Mayall, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run. Jaden Marrero was another, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Honeoye is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Harley Allendale Columbia, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
