Soccer Recap: Sequatchie County Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Sequatchie County has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 5-2 to the St. Andrews-Sewanee Mountain Lions on Thursday.

Ulizar Gomez and Diego Martinez scored both of Sequatchie County's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Sequatchie County's loss dropped their record down to 8-3-3. As for St. Andrews-Sewanee, they pushed their record up to 6-5-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Sequatchie County will welcome Sweetwater at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Andrews-Sewanee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
