Basketball Recap: Queen City Comes Up Short

Queen City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the New Boston Lions, falling 47-20. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-36 back in December of 2024.

Queen City's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for New Boston, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.

Queen City is taking a road trip to take on Redwater at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Boston, they will take on Hooks at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hooks will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something New Boston surely won't give up without a fight.
