Basketball Recap: Johnsburg's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Johnsburg lost against Marengo back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Johnsburg Skyhawks took a hard 42-26 fall against the Marengo Indians. The Skyhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Johnsburg's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-10. As for Marengo, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-11.

When Johnsburg and Marengo next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Johnsburg will challenge Plano and their 13-game winning streak at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Marengo will try to stop Harvest Christian Academy's five-game winning streak when the meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
