Baseball Game Preview: Post Antelopes vs. Morton Indians

For the second straight game, Post will face off against Morton. The Antelopes will head out to face off against the Indians at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Post is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

On Tuesday, Post didn't have quite enough to beat Morton and fell 6-5.

Landyn Garcia put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Bryan Saucedo was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Daniel Carroll, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Post's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Morton, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8.
