Baseball Recap: Hendrickson Beats Lampasas for Their Third Straight Victory

Hendrickson came out on top against Lampasas on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run first inning. The Hawks had just enough and edged out the Badgers 7-6. The victory was nothing new for the Hawks as they're now sitting on three straight.

Wesley Burkhard was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and two doubles. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Braedan Borger, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Hendrickson's record is now 20-11-2. As for Lampasas, they dropped their record down to 16-11-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Hendrickson nor the Badgers have any future games scheduled.
