Covenant Christian waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Ben Davis Giants.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Covenant Christian who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 23-25, 15-4.

Covenant Christian pushed their record up to 20-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Ben Davis, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Coincidentally, Covenant Christian and Ben Davis will both be playing Heritage Christian the next time they take the court. The Giants will head out to face the Eagles at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
