Basketball Recap: KOR Education School Takes a Loss

KOR Education School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 62-45 bruising from the Still Creek Christian Colts. The Knight were down 59-25 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Still Creek Christian found their leader in sophomore Logan Walton, who went 6 for 12 to rack up 18 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Walton's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Kelton Inmon, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards.

KOR Education School's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Still Creek Christian, the win was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-7.

KOR Education School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Still Creek Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Spring Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Spring Baptist Academy is on a three-game streak of home wins, Still Creek Christian a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court.
