After having lost a blowout in their previous game against San Elizario, Anthony was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Harmony Science Academy 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Wildcats: when they faced off against Harmony Science Academy back in August, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Anthony got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 23-25, 25-12, 23-25, 15-12.

Harmony Science Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Jimena Quintero, who had five aces.

Anthony's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Harmony Science Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12-1 record this season.

Anthony has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Father Yermo on the 16th. As for Harmony Science Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Austin on the 16th.
