Volleyball Recap: Ridgeline's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Ridgeline had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Mountain Crest Mustangs as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Ridgeline not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Mountain Crest between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, 25-16.

Teagan Sabillon was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had nine digs and three aces.

Sabillon wasn't the only good servers: Ridgeline was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in three consecutive contests.

Ridgeline's record is now 19-7. As for Mountain Crest, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 16-11 record.

Coincidentally, Ridgeline and Mountain Crest will both be playing Green Canyon the next time they take the court. The Riverhawks will head out to face the Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Mustangs will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
