Waterloo never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the O'Fallon Panthers 7-0. The victory continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Aidan Dintelman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ava Brown, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Grayce Mayer also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Waterloo was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as O'Fallon only posted a batting average of .125.

Waterloo's record now sits at 4-1. As for O'Fallon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Waterloo has already played their next game, an 8-1 win against Freeburg on the 31st. As for O'Fallon, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 25-8 defeat against Plainfield North on the 28th.
